Coordinator - Season and Group Events

As part of Ticket Sales department, the Coordinator – Season and Group Events will support the season and groups team by overseeing the Season Seat Holder Rewards Program, mailing all tailgate and pavilion information to customers, as well as coordinating execution of events with other departments.

Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate the Brewers Season Seat Holder Rewards Program, which includes planning, scheduling and tracking rewards for all 20+ accounts
  • Generate, send and track all Season Seat Holder communication filtering through the SSH Rewards email outlet
  • Work and staff all SSH Reward Events throughout the season
  • Report all sales numbers of each All-Inclusive Area to DNC for each homestand
  • Report all formal tailgate parties for each homestand to all department heads
  • Generate Spreadsheets, Event Order Forms, and Basic Ticket Sales/SSH related collateral
  • Work with various departments to coordinate execution of events
  • Coordinate Ticket Sales Department staff outings
  • Act as administrative support for Ticket Sales team as well as assistant to the VP

The ideal candidate will have one to three years of experience in administrative experience as well as strong demonstrated work ethic with an innate sense of urgency, creative capacity and tenacity, team concept and attitude, passion to succeed by excelling at sales and relationship building.
