The Reward function sits within the Payroll & Reward team. We strive to provide competitive benefits and reward packages to our colleagues here at Manchester City FC / City Football Group. You will play a key role in the team, supporting the Senior Reward Manager on a wide range of reward activities from communicating our best in class discount platform, to reviewing data for our day to day processes, no 2 days will be the same!
Bringing an analytical approach, youâll ensure the team has relevant and upto date data insights to support with decision making. This is an exciting opportunity to join an experienced team, we're not looking for the finished article, you just need to have a keen interest in Reward, and a positive attitude to learn and develop your skills.
