Major League Baseball seeks a Part Time Data Administrator to support the MLB Replay Operations Center.
Responsibilities:
Verify ballpark equipment including video servers and communication equipment.
Communicate with the Replay Operations Center to coordinate video requests and equipment confirmations.
Document equipment status and verify incoming video streams.
Keep detailed and thorough notes and documentation.
Escalate issues to the proper parties.
Skills & Experience:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be detail oriented.
Must be able to communicate clearly, multitask, and prioritize responsibilities
Have fundamental understanding of Broadcast technology.
Ability to recognize and troubleshoot issues in infrastructure environments and software applications.
Ability to work well with others within a team environment and without direct supervision.
Schedule:
Looking for a candidate who can work 16-24 hours a week.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Per the pay transparency law, the hiring range for this position is an hourly rate of $25. The actual offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your work experience, education, skills and any other factors Major League Baseball (MLB) considers relevant to the hiring decision.
