The Los Angeles Rams are looking for a Manager, Partnership Management. The LA Rams Partnership Management team strives to provide world-class execution and approach partnerships with a strategic revenue mindset to bring to life innovative programming for our partners while also driving revenue for our partnerships business.

The Manager, Partnership Management would lead a set of partnership accounts that requires someone who is self-sufficient, motivated, a strategic thinker and has a solution-oriented mindset approach to their business.

An ideal candidate would have strong customer service and sponsorship management experience. The leading responsibility of this position is to serve as the primary relationship manager of a designated allotment of accounts, including ensuring complete contract fulfillment and delivering a high-level of customer service.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THIS JOB:

  • Fulfill all partnership elements of corporate accounts in coordination with both internal departments and outside business lines
  • Develop and foster meaningful business relationships with key partnership account contacts
  • Work with brands to develop and implement relevant and effective activations within partnership parameters
  • Partner with internal departments to develop meaningful platforms in alignment with sponsorship needs
  • Efficiency in tracking partner expenses and managing a budget portfolio to ensure accurate account expense activity and maintain account growth
  • Work within KORE and other project management tools, to ensure that all accounts are updated to reflect agreements and to task manage cross-functionally
  • Manage the partnership renewal process, including presentation of recap documents and analytics
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure partnership deliverables and deliver world-class execution of all partner programming
  • Be able to attend and work partnership events (may require evenings, weekends, or holidays) and work on-site at LA Rams gamedays held at SoFi Stadium

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate with individual external stakeholders to fulfill all contractual obligations
  • Five (5) + years of full-time experience in a sponsorship role at either a brand, sports marketing agency, professional sports team or corporate partnerships agency
  • Exceptional detail orientation, design sense and knowledge of sports and corporate partnerships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability and desire to create meaningful business relationships
  • Strong attention to detail while proofreading and reviewing work product, including working with full Corporate Partnerships team to ensure that all documents meet the same standards
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, including the ability to provide clear creative direction and interaction with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to create Corporate Partnership materials, including presentations, recap reports, collateral, etc.
  • Key characteristics include the ability to work well with others in a team environment, self-motivated and self-directed, strong research and analytical skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word

SALARY: $70,000 - $85,000/year
