As the Director of Brand Strategy, you will work with the VP, Brand Strategy to forecast and shape the football tentpole moments applying three strategic disciplines β brand, data, and engagement strategy. With the key goals of growing the fanbase, increase engagement and best in class creative.
You will identify trends and opportunities for growth shaping the market for the Los Angeles Rams existing and new brand platforms. Helping develop the strategy that leads to effective and innovative ideas/platforms with our studio team, gameday, community, partnerships, merch and external agencies to deliver that context and ensure implementation across the business holistically. Additionally, you will cultivate the professional growth of the next generation of talent within the Strategy function.
You will lead and manage 5-7 people across multiple disciplines and at various levels and will be charged with the quality of their work, their growth and professional fulfillment. Creating a culture that makes them as good as they can possibly be is something youβll strive to for every day, and the ethic of pushing for excellence will course through every action you take and interaction you have. In addition, you will be expected to directly lead high priority projects at a cross-functional level and contribute to others as needed.
Finally, as a strategic leader of the LA Rams, the work you personally impact must be seen as best in class across the business.
