Status: Full-Time, Seasonal, Union

Pay Rate: $29.32 - $34.50/hour*

Reports to: Manager, Box Office

*Compensation rates vary based on job-related factors, including experience, job skills, education, and training.

The Box Office Coordinator provides excellent Customer Service and Ticketing support to the Ticket Operations Department, with a heavy focus on Box Office Duties.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Support Box Office Manager with walk up ticket sales and ticket issues on a day-to-day basis.
  • Provide Ticket Operations support and customer service to customers by answering phone calls and emails.
  • Provide support to all branches of Ticketing via cases submitted/processed in Sales Force.
  • Assist with Ticket Operation tasks and group projects as needed.
  • Help staff with access control by testing ticket scanning facilities prior to stadium events.
  • Assist in game day operations involving ticket sales, troubleshooting, seating relocations and other customer service responsibilities as needed.
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems in pressure situations.

Basic Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Must be reliable and able to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays throughout the baseball season in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ticketing, Customer Service, and/or Guest Relations experience a plus but not required.
  • College degree preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent command of the English language. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Knowledge of basic computer applications and programs, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams and Outlook
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, and the ability to conduct all interactions in an extremely positive and professional manner.
