Job Title: Trainee β Player Development
Job Summary: The Kansas City Royals are seeking multiple individuals to work closely with the
coaching staff at each of our minor league affiliates. Associates will be asked to operate and implement all video and baseball technology and oversee the collection of video and data at their respective affiliates. All positions will start during Minor League Spring Training and end upon the conclusion of their respective Minor League season, with the potential of extending into Instructional League. This role is intended to serve as an entry-level position to provide experience and exposure to all aspects of player development Location may be at any of our 4 affiliates (Omaha, Northwest Arkansas, Quad Cities, Columbia) or Arizona Complex.
