Job Summary: This position is responsible for overseeing the restroom attendants and sweepers on game days at Kauffman Stadium. They are to ensure that all areas are properly cleaned, stocked and maintained throughout the game.

Accountabilities:

  • Help maintain a clean and safe environment for all our guests
  • Help train employees on how to properly clean concourses and restrooms
  • Assist in making sure all areas have coverage during the event
  • Monitor the radio to make sure all calls are handled in a timely manner
  • Monitor concourse and restrooms are free of debris or any slip hazards
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Prior supervisor experience is preferred
  • Available to work all home games, including holidays, weekends, and evenings
  • Professional demeanor and excellent verbal skills
  • Must be oriented and motivated

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift items weighing as much as 10 pounds
  • Must be able to be productive in a work environment where the noise level can be high at times
  • Specific vision abilities include close vision and ability to adjust focus
  • Must be comfortable walking to navigate the facility to access the office, concourse, etc.
  • Must be able to work extended hours and/or weekends as required by deadlines and event scheduling

This role is a seasonal, Non-Exempt opportunity that is not eligible for Company Benefits, 401K, and PTO. The schedule for this position is dependent on our team schedule and is subject to change.
