The Indianapolis Colts are seeking a season long Colts Production Intern to assist with the day-to-day needs of the Colts Productions department. The ideal candidate will be one with a robust video production portfolio, strong work ethic, ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace and a desire to continue to grow in the field.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Colts Production Intern's responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Shoot and edit Colts' Press Conferences and Media Availability
- Shoot and edit Colts' Podcasts
- Shoot and edit Colts’ community outreach events
- Assist in shooting Colts' games, practices, events, and features
- Assist in media management and footage labeling
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 years of professional video production experience (sports experience preferred)
- Non-linear video editing, coloring and cinematography skillset
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Davinci Resolve or Lumetri Color
- Arri and Sony Cinema Camera eco-systems
- A fundamental understanding of entire production process (pre-production, production, and post-production)
- Ability to work within a team environment and alongside multiple creative verticals
- Effective communication skills in both managing and willingness to accept, discuss and implement feedback
- Ability to showcase a strong knowledge of the NFL
- Full-Time with a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, and holidays) and travel
- Ability to work independently as well as effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends and travel as needed
- Hold a valid Driver’s License
