supporting soccer participation and growth in Houston, TX and beyond. The Club’s brands include men's

and women's professional teams - the Houston Dynamo (MLS) and Houston Dash (NWSL), MLS Next

development academy, Houston Dynamo Dash Charities, as well as Shell Energy Stadium and Houston

Sports Park.


The Dynamo has a rich history, including MLS Cup titles (2006, 2007) and U.S. Open Cup championships

(2018, 2023). The Dynamo are focused on building championship caliber teams, inspiring and uniting the

city of Houston through sport and community outreach while creating the most inclusive sporting

experience and diverse fan base in the city and state.

Purpose of Job
This role will aid in the successful execution of Houston Dynamo FC, Houston Dash and Houston Dynamo 2 home games including back of house and field operations, as well as select international matches while gaining valuable learning opportunities, hands-on experience, and the chance to have a direct impact on professional soccer in Houston.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assists in the execution and organization of game day operations, including match set-up, tear down, and clean-up
  • Provides operational and logistical support to HDFC, Shell Energy Stadium and league staff during
  • events
  • Monitors and assists with maintaining a clean field level and field of play according to MLS, NWSL, FIFA and Shell Energy Stadium standards
  • Oversees fan engagements and participants on match days
  • Adheres to strict event timeline and tasks for preparing the field and back of house areas
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualification Requirements

  • Able to work all assigned Houston Dynamo FC and Houston Dash home games as well as additional stadium events as needed
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be available to attend mandatory training session(s)
  • Able to move and lift objects that may exceed 40 lbs. Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods of time
  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Possess general soccer knowledge
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Focused on attention to detail, efficiency, and taking initiative
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented
  • Previous experience in sports and events a plus. Strong leadership background a plus
  • Assertive, respectful, and friendly to all team personnel, officials, fans, vendors, and media
