PURPOSE OF THE JOB
This role will oversee all administrative and operational aspects of the Houston Dynamo FC.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee administration of Houston Dynamo FC first team, second team, and Academy
• Assist with building and management of Soccer Operations budget
• Oversee orientation of new players and staff to Houston
• Manage soccer operations staff, including Team Administrators, Equipment Managers, and Player
Care Manager
• Assist with travel for General Manager, Technical Director, and Head Coach
• Other duties as assigned by General Manager
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
• Expertise in MLS Team Operations
• Minimum of 10 years in High Performance Environment
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience
• Considerable experience in team administration, specifically in a professional soccer
environment
• Experience managing budgets
• Strong proficiency with Computers
• Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
• Bilingual: English/Spanish – Preferred
