Job Description – Premier League Kicks Project Officer
Contract: Full Time: 37 hours per week including evening and weekend work
Purpose: To be responsible for the delivery of social inclusion and other related initiatives across range of settings, in line with relevant delivery plans to achieve impact and outcomes. This role will report to the Senior Management within the Trust.
Remuneration: Circa £30k dependent on experience and to be discussed at interview
Duties/Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver local based social inclusion sessions (primarily football) within a range of settings
• To take specific responsibility for growing work within participation/inclusion sector
• Contribute to raising the profile and the perception of the Community Sports Trust in leading and developing local opportunities across football and for social good
• Develop a network of opportunities for young people to gain diverse experiences, employment and qualifications
• Ensure that participants have a positive experience within Trust activities
• Identify, manage and develop relationships with key partners to drive and sustain the project
• Ensure the safeguarding and well-being of participants throughout all activities
• To undertake any other duties as advised by Line Manager or Senior Management
