Contract: Full Time: 37 hours per week including evening and weekend work
Purpose: To be responsible for the strategic delivery of high quality football (and wider health) sessions to participants within our Inclusion programmes.
This role will report to the Senior Manager.
Remuneration: Circa £30k dependent on experience and to be discussed at interview
Duties/Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver high quality sessions to target groups; including but not limited to Inclusion and Disability programmes
• Lead specific teams on match days, including all related duties
• To take specific responsibility for work with grassroots football in increasing understanding and awareness of key issues and barriers i.e., disability and other under-represented groups
• Contribute to raising the profile and the perception of the Community Sports Trust in leading and developing local opportunities across football and social development
• Ensure that participants have a positive experience within Trust activities
• Identify, manage and develop relationships with key partners to meet the objectives and targets
• Ensure the safeguarding and well-being of participants throughout all activities
• To undertake any other duties as advised by Line Manager or Senior Management
