Title: First Team Post-Match Analyst

Jordan, the club has seen significant investment committed towards sustaining Premier League status, highlighted by the construction of a state-of-the-art training facility and the arrival of promising young talent from top clubs around Europe. These developments also bring a great opportunity to further improve our women’s team and youth setup overall.
Key off-field appointments have recently been made in business operations, ticketing, and partnerships to continue our efforts in improving the experience for our supporters.
· Develop workflows to produce team, unit and individual feedback.
· Maintain databases for short, medium and long-term development projects.
· Produce and maintain playing philosophy material.
· Attend First Team home matches and away matches when required.
· Support in the research and testing of potential new technologies and software.
· Assist various other first team analysis processes.
· As a member of staff to ensure in all matters, you follow and actively promote the club’s mental health policies and practices to ensure an open, non-judgmental and inclusive environment for everyone engaged with the club.
· As a member of staff to ensure that you to adhere to the club’s safeguarding policies and procedures and are committed to our safeguarding values, creating a safe and positive environment for all those who interact with the club.

Essential
· Undergraduate degree in a sport-based course.
· Minimum of two years working with a professional football club.
· Sound football knowledge to observe, analyse and review technical and tactical performance.
· Proficient in using Hudl Sportscode, Studio and Insights.
· Proficient with data portals (Opta, Second Spectrum etc.).
· Proficient with data handling and visualisation (Tableau).
· Engaging presentation skills.
· Team player with excellent communication skills.
· Strong work ethic, attention to detail and growth mindset.
· Ability to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high standard of work.
Desirable
· MSc in a relevant field.
· UEFA B Coaching Licence.
· CAA Drone Flyer ID Licence
