Academy Goalkeeping Coach - Supporting the U9-15 age groups.

To lead the academy Goalkeeping Programme for the Schoolboy Goalkeepers. To ensure each GK has the appropriate support and programme in place to help them develop.

To lead the U9-15 GK training programme
To support GK’s on match days (typically Sundays)
To ensure each GK has an Individual Learning Plan
To provide Match feedback & analysis to Academy GK’s
To work with the relevant MDT’s to ensure each GK has holistic support.
To log sessions on Kitman Labs
To actively contribute in Succession Planning meetings
To lead on Player/Parent Reviews
