Reporting organizationally to the Access Control Project Manager, the Access Control Supervisor will be a key member of the FIFA26 Ticketing and Hospitality team, and work in close collaboration with the Ticketing Inventory Management and Operations team in Zurich and other key individuals responsible for delivering Ticketing electronic access control project for the FIFA World Cup 2026.

THE POSITION

The main responsibilities and oversights of the Access Control Supervisor for the FIFA World Cup 26β„’ include:
β€’ Support to supervise Stadium Authorities in delivering electronic access control (EAC) infrastructure/facilities across selected venues such as:

  • Electronic access control system (EACS)
  • Stadium management network (EACS Network)
  • Physical connection as a basis for data exchange
  • Interface software for data exchange

β€’ Assist to manage the interface between electronic access control solutions used at the competition venues and FIFA’s ticketing system
β€’ Ticketing system set up and configuration assistance in relation to EAC for selected venues
β€’ Support to define and coordinate the definition of access control specifications
β€’ Support the definition of flow data for ticket holders and define access rules
β€’ Monitor the access control interfaces and facilitate issue resolution with relevant parties
β€’ Support the mobile ticketing project testing and maintenance
β€’ Support in the provision of training materials for electronic access control solution clearing tool
β€’ Monitor and validate the technical and operational readiness of the electronic access control solution at selected venues
β€’ Support stadium electronic access control system tests prior and during the tournament
β€’ Ensure provision of the test results and follow-up on the outstanding items
β€’ During tournament monitor interfaces and reporting and provide support to the venues as required
β€’ Support general ticketing operations for FIFA events

YOUR PROFILE

Education & Qualifications
β€’ Bachelor degree or similar level of education
β€’ Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, technology minded, efficient and accountable team player
β€’ Ability to adapt to working with different environment and time zones

Work Experience
β€’ Experience in Electronic Access Control, IT system, Integrations or Data Exchange projects
β€’ 2-3 year in ticketing project for international sporting events with experience in managing Electronic Access Control systems

Languages
β€’ Fluent in English and Spanish is required

Technology
β€’ Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools
β€’ Experience in working with Ticketing Systems such as Secutix of an advantage
