THE POSITION

These are your key tasks:

  • Strategic overview of the Member Associationā€™s needs in the Outcome Area ā€œRelationship & Collaborationā€ - through input from the MA Divisionā€™s Regional Teams and Regional Development Offices
  • Convert these needs in to actionable initiatives and efficient services and solutions that are football development focused and on strengthening relationships with FIFAā€™s key accounts/ main stakeholders at top executive level, public authorities and other (internal) stakeholders
  • Operationally lead the end-to-end implementation of the defined strategy for this Outcome Area (including project management, planning of resources, budget, outcome and impact)
  • Design and implement the standardised processes around key contact moments with FIFA's Member Associations and Confederations
  • Implement the collaboration agreements with other external stakeholders such as, but not limited to development agencies, political and economic unions - for which (stakeholders of) Member Associations and Confederations are the targeted beneficiaries in close collaboration with the International Relations and Public Affairs department
  • Create the synergies between the various football development services within FIFA for Member Associations and Confederations

  • A bachelorā€™s degree in (sports) business administration, international relations, political science, or another closely related field is preferred professional
  • Fluent in English and at least 1 additional language: French or Spanish
  • Other languages, in particular: Russian, Arabic, Portuguese are a plus
  • Proficient in Word / PowerPoint / Excel
  • Willingness to travel
