Manager, Public Viewing Licensing, FIFA World Cup 2026

Reporting to the Head of Media Partnerships Relations & Services in the US, the Public Viewing Licensing Manager, Media Partnerships Relations, will play a key role in managing Public Viewing (PV) requests in the three host countries and globally.

THE POSITION

The main responsibilities of the Manager, Public Viewing Licensing for the FIFA World Cup 26™ include:

• Acting as the primary coordinator with all stakeholders involved in the Public Viewing Licensing Project process in the three host countries, particularly with FIFA Media Partners and Host Cities.
• Overseeing the issuance of PV licenses, managing the entire process from approvals to payment, and ensuring compliance with established licensing procedures globally, in coordination with the PV manager at FIFA Zurich.
• Managing the Public Viewing platform in coordination with the PV manager at FIFA Zurich.
• Working closely with the Commercial Partnerships team to process and manage sponsored PV requests.
• Supporting FIFA Fan Festival-related event preparations and activities to enhance Media Partners' experience.
• Assisting with other ad hoc projects arising during the journey toward the FIFA World Cup 26™.
• Developing strong working relationships with key internal FIFA26 functional areas to ensure effective collaboration.
• Promoting learning and development opportunities within the team and among partners.

YOUR PROFILE

• Master’s degree or similar higher education in Business and/or Sports Management or equivalent education
• Experience in the Sports industry is an advantage
• Experience in Broadcast environment is an advantage
• Experience in major sports events, FIFA World Cup™ or other FIFA events will be an asset
