Reporting to the Head of Media Partnerships Relations & Services in the US, the Manager, Media Partnerships Relations will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with FIFA Media Partners and other third-party media entities in the host countries.

THE POSITION

The main responsibilities of the Manager, Media Partnerships Relations for the FIFA World Cup 26™ include:

• Supporting the Senior Manager, Media Partnerships Relations in day-to-day management of Media Partners across Canada, Mexico, and the USA.
• Assisting in guiding Media Partners from onboarding through to event delivery, ensuring proper execution of FIFA media rights agreements in the host countries.
• Supporting Media Partners in event preparations and promotional activities to enhance engagement, efficiently handling approval requests.
• Serving as the primary administrative contact for third-party media and non-rights holders, both within the host countries and internationally.
• Assisting in managing event-related projects in collaboration with internal FIFA stakeholders and external entities.
• Developing strong working relationships with key internal FIFA26 functional areas to ensure effective collaboration.
• Promoting learning and development opportunities within the team and among partners.

YOUR PROFILE

• Master’s degree or similar higher education in Business and/or Sports Management or equivalent education
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in the Sports industry is an advantage
• Experience in Broadcast environment is an advantage
• Experience in major sports events, FIFA World Cup™ or other FIFA events will be an asset
• Fluent in English. Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools
