Home Plate Rotational Operator - Lakeland, FL

Job Summary:

The Home Plate Rotational Operator will be responsible for executing TV friendly signage rotation during sixteen (16) Detroit Tigers spring training games. Collaboration with Game Presentation Producer to ensure effective and accurate execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of the spring training operations team to facilitate smooth and efficient advertising rotations at the home plate area during games for TV and streaming exposure.

  • Utilize software to electronically rotate vinal signage behind home plate after each half-inning.

  • Manually add and remove signage from the signage frame as needed.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of baseball operations and game play.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.

  • Previous experience in a baseball-related role or sports operations is a plus.

Working Conditions:

  • Office & Outdoor Stadium Environment

  • Irregular and extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Requires occasional lifting up to 10 lbs.
