The Social Media Coordinator, Corporate Partnerships is responsible for the planning, development, and oversight of all aspects surrounding sponsorship social media and digital assets. The Social Media Coordinator, Corporate Partnerships serves as the liaison between the Dallas Cowboys Social Media department and the Corporate Partnership Strategy & Marketing teams. The Social Media Coordinator, Corporate Partnerships reports to the Sr. Director of Corporate Partnership Strategy, with additional supervision and oversight from the Director of Social Media.

Job Duties:

  • Serve as project lead on all sponsorship social / digital media assets
  • Act as the primary liaison between the Dallas Cowboys Social Media department and the Corporate Partnership Marketing team
  • Create, lead, and drive project deliverables across multiple projects and simultaneously across multiple internal stakeholders: the Corporate Partnership Marketing, Social Media, and Content Production teams
  • Work directly with the Dallas Cowboys Social Media team to develop sponsored content, creative, and on-trend concepts published on Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, AT&T Stadium and the Star in Frisco social media channels
  • Work collaboratively from start of project to ensure internal and external alignment and next steps are clear with required information, understanding assignment/task, and being part of process until completion
  • Support the prioritization and organization of multiple projects and key stake holders at once
  • Work alongside Social Media team to create and maintain a sponsorship-specific monthly/weekly/daily social media calendar
  • Provide process & technology tool recommendations on an on-going basis to ensure best in class workflow
  • Report status at weekly meetings between Corporate Partnership Marketing and Social Media teams to ensure alignment on sponsored social content, campaigns, assets, ideas, tracking and fulfillment
  • Maintain and provide status updates on project plans, status, and tracking lists for every sponsorship content project, collaborating with Partnerships, Social and Production teams
  • Track all sponsorship contractual social media assets along with the execution of such assets, while maintaining an accurate and up-to-date record of pending and executed social media assets
  • Work alongside the Corporate Partnership Strategy team to track and report sponsored social media analytics and share with respective groups on a daily/weekly basis
  • Assist in scheduling and contributing to brainstorming sessions for sponsored social media content
  • Work alongside Social Media Team to provide best practices and best in class social programs, posts, and engagements to further enhance Dallas Cowboys sponsored social content
  • Navigate expectation of internal or cross-functional teams by developing strong relationships
  • Act as a liaison for Corporate Partnership Marketing to communicate DC.com assets and print assets to Brand/Digital teams.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency across all projects is consistent with Dallas Cowboys brand guidelines and standards

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of project management experience, working directly with social/digital campaigns and brand partnerships; experience with corporate partnerships preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Extensive knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat and TikTok as well as level of education on trending new platforms and distribution channels
  • Strongstorytelling/copywriting/copyeditingskills
  • Adobe Photoshop skills preferred
  • Ability to conceptualize unique content ideas and follow through to implementation
  • The ability to multi-task, work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced and challenging environment and on multiple projects at one time
  • Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure
  • Experience delivering diverse projects with a track record of success
  • Able to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members whenever necessary
  • Ability to demonstrate professionalism while managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and details on tight timelines
  • Ability to work flexible hours including some nights, weekends, and holidays.
