The Key Holder is a leadership position focused on driving sales and delivering excellent customer service. The Key Holder helps coach and develop sales associates while sharing in the opening and closing responsibilities.

Job Duties:

Drive and maintain a service-oriented culture
Maintain core standards, Replenish, and re-merchandise the floor when necessary

Coach and train associates on product knowledge and basic job responsibilities
Be knowledgeable and proficient in operating the Point of Sale
Resolve any customer incidents
Able to operate a Windows computer including Microsoft Word and Excel basics
Able to troubleshoot/problem solve and remain calm in difficult situations

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED preferred
1 – 3 years of retail clothing experience preferred
Able to communicate information effectively and use analytical skills to make decisions
Able to lead by example and encourage others to follow
Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness
Able to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members whenever necessary
Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and early mornings
