Summary
Execute all aspects of corporate sponsorship agreements while serving as the primary contact for 20-30 assigned partners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Execute all aspects of assigned partnership agreements including but not limited to in-arena signage, in-game promotions, media, digital, in-market promotions and hospitality.
  • Oversee assigned specialty areas (i.e., signage, hospitality, print, television, radio) for the department.
  • Learn and understand partner business objectives and utilize this knowledge in fulfilling partnership elements.
  • Build relationships with partners through frequent email, phone, and in-person communication.
  • Produce and communicate to partners an annual production schedule with technical specifications, deadlines, and cost estimates.
  • Attend appointments with Corporate Development Account Executives related to new and renewal business pitches.
  • Strategize, develop and manage details on departmental projects (including Game Entertainment, Ticketing, Marketing, Public Relations, Digital/Social, Community Development and Accounting) to execute partner elements.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of special events, including but not limited to the CBJ Business Alliance, Partner Golf Outing and Business Summit.
  • Collect, analyze, prepare and deliver proof of performance materials for partners throughout the year.
  • Entertain clients during games as necessary.
  • Survey game presentation to ensure that all partner representation is accurate. Due to the nature of the job, this position requires working occasional weekday and weekend evenings and holidays.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in marketing, business, sports or entertainment management preferred; and 1-3 years of experience and/or training in related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office software; proficiency in CRM is a plus.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk.
