The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will possess a versatile skillset and a passion for all aspects of digital marketing. This individual excels in project management and can efficiently coordinate timelines and resources to ensure the successful execution of campaigns. Analytical skills are crucial as this role will be responsible for researching trends as well as analyzing campaign data and providing insights for future efforts.

The Top Shelf:

The Digital Campaign Coordinator will support the Digital Marketing Team in all campaign and platform initiatives, spanning social media, website, mobile app, email, SMS and performance marketing.

How You’ll Contribute:

  • Planning and Execution
    • Coordinate the digital marketing calendar and department timelines within Click Up project management system.
    • Support the creation of compelling and engaging copy for digital assets including social media, SEO and website content, email newsletters, and SMS messages.
    • Generate innovative ideas and concepts for content ideation that resonates with target audiences and aligns with campaign objectives.
    • Support the social team in community management across all platforms by actively monitoring and engaging with fan posts.
    • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and have a strong understand of best practices/tools within digital marketing.
  • Performance and Measurement
    • Utilize technical skills to create and implement tracking mechanisms such as UTM parameters, meta-tagging organic social content, and other analytics tools.
    • Monitor and track campaign proof of performance across O&O and paid channels to ensure partnership contracts are fulfilled.
    • Liaise with social media team and external vendors to ensure content is compliant with music licensing regulations.
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and organic social efforts, assessing results and providing recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Coordinate departmental workflow and communication to ensure deadlines are efficiently and consistently met.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand and Communications, Marketing Ops, Creative, and Production

Player Stats and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a “team-first” mentality.
  • Ability to address, adapt to, and overcome challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

The Team:

The Chicago Blackhawks started their journey as one of the NHL’s “Original Six” professional ice hockey teams in 1926. Members of the Central Division in the NHL’s Western Conference and six-time Stanley Cup Champions (1934, 1938, 1961, 2010, 2013, 2015), the team calls the United Center home.
