JOB TITLE: PA to Women’s Head Coach & Head of Women’s Football
DEPARTMENT: Women’s Team
JOB FUNCTION: Provide high-quality administration support to top-level executives
LOCATION: Cobham Training Ground/Remote
CONTRACT: Permanent
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES (Play Your Part):
Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, working alongside senior leadership team, owners, agents and associations
Manage and full administration of the Manager & Head of Women’s Football office, to include inbox and diary management, media & commercial scheduling and all travel
Ensure the manager has appropriate briefings and presentations for meetings, media commitments and support with press conferences
Manage senior leadership team meetings, minute taking and follow up actions
Co-ordinate aspects of the Mangers’ private life
Organise training ground visits
Ad hoc player liaison and matchday ticketing support
Lead on training ground facility management

PERSONAL SPECIFICATION:
Qualifications & Experience:
Microsoft Office
At least 5 years’ experience in PA/EA role preferably within Sport
High level of discretion and confidentiality as access to sensitive information
Good organisation skills and sound communicator
High emotional intelligence
Capable of prioritisation and decision making
Confident & personable
Team player who can deliver results in a pressurised and active environment
Relationship builder
The Employee must at all times carry out his/her responsibilities with due regard to Chelsea Football Club policies and procedures in particular Health & Safety, Financial Authorisation, Confidentiality and with regard to the Data Protection Act. The Employee must act to protect all young people and vulnerable adults that are in their care or attending the Company's premises.
