Position Summary
The Goalkeeping Coaching position is tasked with leading our top young goalkeeping prospects from the Pre-Formation Phase (11-12 years old) through the Pro-Formation Phase (13-15 years old) in preparation for the MLS NEXT Pro Pathway. This Coach must be able to create and nurture a holistic, long-term learning environment where players take responsibility for their development, are supported through the ups and downs of the experience and are held to high standards on and off the field. This position, in collaboration with the Scouting Department, is responsible for identifying top goalkeeping prospects, from across our Homegrown Territory and beyond.

This position operates in a professional setting and on-field training environment. Must be comfortable with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word and other platforms. Local travel to events will be required.
