Job Title: Matchday Steward

Hourly Rate: £12 per hour

Hours: To work all home matches for the 23/24 season (inclusive of Premier League, Cup games & Europa League games)

Location: American Express Stadium, Brighton

Job Type: Worker agreement

Deadline Day: 17th January 2024

Interviews: 24th January 2024

Training: Evening of 5th, 6th & 8th February 2024

Help us to ensure all our matchdays are safe and secure

We are hiring for some more stewards to support and be an integral part of a Brighton and Hove Albion FC matchday. Your top priority will be to ensure all fans are kept safe and have an enjoyable experience. You never know what a matchday might throw at you, so you will need to have the ability to work well under pressure.

About you

In this role you will be interacting with lots of fans, so it is essential that you have strong communication skills and the ability to maintain high levels of customer service.

You don’t need to hold any qualifications or have any previous experience as full training will be provided ahead of your first matchday. Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be 18 years or older.
