Position Overview: The Corporate Paralegal is responsible for supporting the Atlanta Braves Holdings, Inc. (โ€œABHโ€) securities lawyer in connection with all public company legal support for ABH and other legal support for ABH legal matters.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support ABH securities lawyer in connection with all SEC legal compliance matters including all necessary SEC filings (10-K, Proxy, 10-Q, 8-K, etc.), Section 16 officer filings, D&O Questionnaires, and all related matters.
  • Provide support to ABH Corporate Secretary and Assistant Corporate Secretary with respect to all Board and committee meetings, Board and committee materials, Board portal management (Diligent), meeting scheduling, and all related matters.
  • Oversee and manage administrative matters related to NASDAQ, OTC, Broadridge (stock transfer agent), and all related matters.
  • Track stock beneficial ownership of ABH Directors and Section 16 officers and significant shareholders and manage monthly reconciliations in connection therewith.
  • In connection with ABH securities lawyer, oversee and administer insider trader policy and internal blackout notices.
  • Work with and support other ABH departments including accounting, finance, internal audit, investor relations, and compliance.
  • Assist in management of ABH corporate entities and annual filings.
  • Provide additional support on other ABH legal matters as assigned.
  • Position requires a minimum of eight (8) yearsโ€™ experience as a Paralegal in a law firm and/or corporate legal department and a background in securities law, corporate governance, and other related matters.
  • Position requires a professional and customer service-oriented attitude, teamwork, and willingness to work overtime as department demands may dictate.
