The Role


We are looking for a Matchday Operations Assistant to work on a Casual basis. This role will support with the execution of Men's and Women's Arsenal fixtures and key activations at Emirates Stadium, ensuring an outstanding matchday atmosphere and positive supporter experience.

Your day-to-day


  • Matchday production - Support the execution of the matchday in-bowl production including assisting the delivery of the matchday show and internal and external activations
  • Scheduling and communication - Work alongside various matchday teams to ensure successful delivery of all matchday operations
  • Continuous improvement - Seek to add value where possible to improve the end to end supporter experience
  • Innovative thinking - Help to shape key club moments which resonate with our global supporter base
  • Deliver key touchpoints - Assist the Supporter Experience team in delivering best in class touchpoints for supporters and other groups
  • Professional stakeholder management - Communicate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Safety conscious - Understanding of internal protocols and processes such as Health & Safety and Safeguarding processes in events
  • Customer service - Provide excellent customer service to those attending matchdays and events

Please note: This casual role will require working evenings and weekends as per the requirements of matchdays at Emirates Stadiums, and other venues as and when required.

What we are looking for


  • Previous involvement in planning and delivery of major events or projects in sport or entertainment which drive significant external impact
  • Proven experience in managing a varied workload in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Relevant experience in a customer/public facing environment, providing excellent customer service
  • Availability and flexibility to work evenings, weekdays and weekends
