Executive Assistant
Job Purpose
The Executive Assistant provides a range of administrative support services to the General Partner and EVP Chief Financial Officer maintaining high standards of professionalism, efficiency, personal communication, discretion, and independent judgment. In working with internal and external contacts, they will deal with a wide range of highly sensitive issues.
Primary (Essential) Duties
- Salt River Fields lead administrative office support annually during the months of January – March.
- Work closely with various departments to organize and facilitate various functions and meetings.
- Act as the primary source of contact for the ownership of the Team.
- Manage, Coordinate and Distribute the Team’s house account tickets for baseball and other events.
- Work with Purchasing to manage the cell phone needs of the organization.
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
- Working with outside travel company, arrange travel and other accommodations for executives.
- Collaborate closely with General Partner and EVP Chief Financial Officer, ensuring they are well-informed about upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
- Anticipate the General Partner’s and EVP Chief Financial Officer’s needs in advance of meetings, conferences, and events, engaging other team members as needed to ensure seamless preparations.
- Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.
- Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
- Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
- Utilize high emotional intelligence to adapt to diverse personalities, fostering collaboration and effective teamwork.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with a wide range of people at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to exercise discretion in working with highly confidential and sensitive matters.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
- Able to type minimum of 50 words per minute.
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.
Experience/Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- At least five years of related experience required.

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
