2024 In-Game Entertainment – Activation Team

The Arizona Diamondbacks Activation Team is a high-energy interactive team that will perform at Arizona Diamondbacks home games and home playoff games. Activation Team game presentation duties include, but are not limited to, conducting chants, t-shirt launches, crowd prompts, and executing premium ballpark experiences live in the stands.

We are seeking dynamic, well-spoken and talented individuals with drive and dedication to create a family-friendly atmosphere and interactive experience for our fans. You will have a visible role as an ambassador of the Diamondbacks adding a more personal touch to games.

Activation Team and Legends auditions will take place on Wednesday, January 24^th at 7pm. To be eligible you must attend audition day, no exceptions.

Activation Team Expectations & Requirements:

Must be able to conduct chants and cheers in front of 40,000+ people.
Individuals must have stamina and fitness levels capable of performing for long periods of time.
Able to comfortably lift 50lbs.
Comfortable working with young fans.
Knowledge of the game of baseball.
Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be available to work at least 60 home games beginning Opening Day of the 2024 season.
Must successfully pass a criminal background check.

As an Activation Team Member, you will:

Hype up the crowd in stands, lead chants, tossing and launching promotional items into the crowd, and engaging fans in in-game activities and contests.
Run pre-game and in-game fan activation activities.
Appear as a fan ambassador of the Arizona Diamondbacks organization through our in-game promotions and entertainment.
Create lifelong memories for Diamondbacks fans.
Gain experience working in Major League Baseball.
