Revenue Strategy Coordinator

As a part of the Revenue Strategy team for Smith Entertainment Group (SEG), the Revenue Strategy Coordinator will play an important role in supporting the Revenue Department, with a focus on Corporate Partnerships and Business Development. This position will assist in various aspects of data collection, analysis, and reporting to help identify opportunities for partnership revenue growth and to direct revenue strategy. The role will provide insight to partnership sales while using multiple analytics and data software platforms. The right candidate will communicate well with stakeholders across multiple internal teams, be a strong problem-solver, a quick-learner, and will have experience working with large datasets.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist Revenue Strategy team with the day-to-day operations related to sponsorship pricing, inventory management, CRM system support, and reporting.
  • Provide analysis, research, and support to the Corporate Partnerships and Business Development teams including market research, sponsorship recaps, and other relevant ad hoc analyses and research.
  • Track fulfillment and build reports to show existing sponsors the reach and value of their assets.
  • Assist in setting rates and managing sponsorship inventory availability.
  • Analyze data to find insights to help meet sponsorship business objectives.
  • Present insights and data-driven recommendations to key stakeholders via data visualization tools
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in business, statistics, math, economics, finance, computer science, or another related field.
  • Experience with data analytics tools, such as SQL/Python/R a plus.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Domo a plus.
  • A self-starter who is analytically minded with excellent attention to detail.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • This person must be able to communicate and express themselves both written and verbally.
  • This person must be able to observe, inspect, estimate, and assess.
  • This person must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time.
  • This person must be able to lift 20 lbs.
