The Utah Jazz Media & Content team seeks a dedicated and client-focused Accounts Manager (Service) to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring top-notch service and satisfaction for our partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, facilitating seamless media campaign execution, and enhancing the overall client experience with the Utah Jazz brand.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review campaign performance, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with the [ ] team to ensure the successful execution of client campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver on client commitments, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and to the highest standard.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the campaign lifecycle.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address concerns and ensure client satisfaction.
- Educate clients on new products, services, and opportunities within the Utah Jazz offerings.
- Identify opportunities for renewals and upselling within the existing client base.
- Work with the Sales team to develop and present proposals for additional services and campaigns.
- Ensure a smooth transition from sales to service, maintaining continuity and client satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the sports, media, or entertainment industry.
- Strong understanding of media sales, content marketing, and digital advertising.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
