Strategy for Winning:
UFC’s Internship Program is designed to provide interns the opportunity to apply the knowledge and skills they have gained through their academic experience in a real-world corporate setting. Over the course of the program, the interns will become fully immersed in the daily operations of their department and will be directly involved with tasks and projects that contribute to UFC’s continued growth.

UFC’s Internship Program is open to any student who is currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program. This is an in-person internship in Las Vegas, NV. UFC does not provide relocation, housing, or transportation assistance.

The Spring 2025 program will begin on January 13, 2025, and will continue through May 2, 2025

The Role and What You’ll Do:

  • Assists with day-to-day responsibilities and long-term projects to support Global Partnerships team members across Partnership Marketing, Business Development, and Operations.
  • Acts in an inter-disciplinary role with other areas of Global Partnerships (Marketing Solutions and Hospitality) as required.
  • Assists with preparation and execution of upcoming events.
  • Assists in meetings with current partners, prospective partners, and internal teams.
  • Research and conceives promotional ideas, analyzes trends across the MMA/sport and entertainment/Partnerships industries, and recommends opportunities to senior members of the Global Partnerships team.
  • Learns and builds on foundations of sport sponsorship, with primary focus in Partnership Marketing and Business Development, through both shadowing and hands-on support. Tasks may include:
    • Assistance in tracking partnership elements across live events, custom integrations, and broadcast, digital, and social media
    • Assistance with post-event recaps for partners (sponsorship ROI and measurement)
    • Research to identify market opportunities, support sales strategy, and generate leads
  • Occasionally may work with contracts to assist team with routing legal forms, collecting information, and tracking fulfillment.
  • Other support projects and ownership duties for Global Partnerships as required.

You Have These

  • Sports Management, Marketing or Business majors, or other programs relevant to business development and sales.
    • Required: Must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree-seeking program
    • Preferred: Rising junior, rising senior, or graduate (e.g. masters, J.D. or other doctorate) level students
  • Working proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook and ability to learn other basic computer programs.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to ensuring projects are finished accurately and completely.
  • Enthusiastic, sociable, and eager to build relationships.
  • Team player.
  • Willing to learn and grow.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain discretion with confidential information.
  • Must currently be legally approved to work in the United States.
  • Must live in Las Vegas or be willing to relocate to Las Vegas for term of internship.
