The Role and What You’ll Do:

This position will support the Consumer Products Marketing Director by formulating and tracking digital marketing campaigns, including CRM, social media, e-commerce, social checkout, and other relevant channels.

This role will be responsible for the creation and execution of UFC Store specific marketing plans as well as compiling postmortems/analytic reports. Additionally, this role will support the Marketing Director in working with licensees and retailers to execute upon Consumer Products partner and internal marketing plans, product launches, and activations.

  • Responsible for all aspects of digital marketing, social media, customer journey, and driving business insights via in-depth analysis of user activity
  • Ownership of paid media, performance strategy and implementation across channels
  • Provide strategic marketing recommendations to effectively reach target market to build desirability, engagement, and conversion on ufcstore.com and partner platforms
  • Collaborate with Marketing Director to optimize and expand ufcstore.com and partner platform acquisition strategies
  • Manage monthly digital analytics meetings, reporting on key metrics and paid media performance, and provide recommendations to optimize sessions, engagement and conversion
  • Manage brand and performance marketing on social media platforms
  • Work with the Marketing Director to determine and measure KPI’s by channels
  • Manage paid media budget and provide input for forecasting of business KPI’s
  • Communicate industry trends and new technologies with internal team and create actionable insights
  • Review marketing creative submissions, liaise with Brand and Legal to ensure all standards are met and provide feedback to partners
  • Manages CRM process; Product planning, creative briefs, and analytics

You Have These:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience required
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sports marketing and/or digital marketing
  • Experience in working in package goods/consumer products a plus
  • Bilingual or Multilingual a plus
  • Experience collaborating with and effectively influencing cross-functional teams, outside vendors, and business partners while establishing positive business relationships
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with people at all levels of the organization and of various nationalities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong antilytic skills
  • Strong follow-up skills
  • Strong self-motivation/self-starter personality
  • Excellent organization and planning skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to proactively anticipate situations and solve them in advance or have a solution ready
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office (specifically Power Point, Excel, and Outlook) and the ability to learn other basic computer programs
