The Role and What You’ll Do:

The Global Partnerships Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting operational workflow for both the Business Development and Partnership Activation teams through inventory management, revenue recognition management, media valuation reporting, administrative tasks, and UFC surface of play implementation.

  • Assists with the management of global inventory and assets for all UFC live events and broadcasts for sales pipeline, new sales opportunities, and partner asset implementation.
  • Facilitates the implementation of UFC surface of play for all UFC live events, including Dana White’s Contender Series and The Ultimate Fighter. This includes but is not limited to internal and partner approvals, managing vendor workflows, and meeting deadlines.
  • Supports the Global Partnerships revenue recognition process, including recording deliverables and compiling revenue reports to communicate to management on performance.
  • Assists with third party resources such as Nielsen, Futures, and Endeavor Global Insights to report on media valuations, including compiling partnership recaps.
  • Keeps activation and operational workflow documents up to date, including account plans and event handbooks.
  • Supports the on-boarding of new partners by creating and updating tracking documents, including partnership account plans.
  • Maintains tracking of current partner contracts and details and keeps up to date partner information in shareable formats for internal and external communications.
  • Develops event-specific and annual recaps for partners, including compiling digital screenshots and proof of performance.
  • Supports department business planning and development through maintenance of the CRM.
  • Works closely with other departments on key company initiatives and partner participation, specifically supporting interdepartmental workflows with Production.
  • Identifies areas of opportunity for new processes and workflow for more efficiencies within the department.
  • Maintains up to date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and new media marketing efforts.
  • Performs general administrative, clerical and executive support tasks to ensure functional department workflow.
  • Other tasks, duties, and projects as assigned.

You Have These:

  • Bachelor’s degree, with concentration in marketing or sports management preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years professional experience, preferably in sports & entertainment.
  • Comfortable with managing multiple projects at once, demonstrating excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Data-driven and strong analytical thinking skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrates diplomacy in the most difficult situations, remaining positive and composed.
  • Must be a team player and able to foster excellent internal and external working relationships.
  • Self-starter, resourceful, and able to develop solutions in high-stress environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to assist coworkers in tasks.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and the ability to learn other computer programs.
