As a member of the Titans’ senior leadership team, the Senior Vice President, Technology & Innovation will lead the integration of technology and AV across all business and stadium operations. As a strategic thinker and significant contributor, this individual will oversee all technology functions and initiatives across the core business and stadium organizations and provide dotted-line support for all football-related technology and innovation efforts, to set a vision and strategy that drives continued advancements across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and successfully implement a long-term technology strategy and vision.
  • Lead and support technology teams including IT, video and audio communication.
  • Continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies to drive innovation and assess multiple platforms, reduce redundancies, and increase process improvement.
  • Lead the vision and strategy for stadium technology and manage gameday production and A/V .
  • Identify ways to improve employee and fan experience.
  • Support teams and identify efficiencies with respect to football technology and strategy, including football-related analytics, video, and IT.
  • Effectively communicate vision and project objectives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage technology vendor relationships and align resources with organizational goals.
  • Partner with peers and leadership to create the number one fan A/V experience in the industry.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum education level of High School Diploma or its equivalency. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Relevant project and people leadership in the technology field. Direct experience in stadium, arena or large venue technology preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a technology leadership role managing dynamic, technical teams.
  • End-to-end understanding of how an integrated set of technologies delivers a smooth and efficient venue experience for both guests and staff.
  • Deep understanding of technology trends, including cloud computing, data analytics, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
  • Sound understanding of IT and/or telecommunications, including Wi-Fi, network cabling and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of various audio, video, and lighting systems and equipment as they pertain to live event production.
  • Experience managing technology budgets, vendor relationships and strategic partnerships.
  • Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Professional certifications in technology management, such as TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) or ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), are a plus.
