The Senior Vice President, Brand Marketing will serve as a member of the Senior Leadership Team and support four consumer facing teams: Creative, Marketing, Community, and Broadcasting. This individual will play a key role in supporting the organization’s strategic priorities by leveraging the team’s talents, being a catalyst for improvement, and empowering effective communication & collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Provide executive leadership to the Titans’ Creative, Marketing, Community and Broadcasting departments.
- Deliver excellence and consistency in the promotion of the Titans’ brand across digital and social channels, game day experience, and in-market activations.
- Understand the needs of direct reports and develop creative solutions that maintain alignment with strategic priorities and vision.
- Oversee simultaneous projects from inception to completion, reviewing strategic plans, concepts, and deliverables.
- Develop and promote a culture of innovation and teamwork to foster a fearless, inventive, curious, and open environment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with community leaders.
- Represent the organization and support community partners through various speaking engagement and media appearances.

Additional Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of leadership experience.
- Relevant experience in Brand Marketing.
- NFL, football or sports-related experience is preferred.
