About the Position:
The San Jose Earthquakes are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR professional to join our team as an HR Generalist. This role requires someone passionate about creating positive employee experiences, managing a range of HR functions from recruitment to onboarding and compliance. The HR Generalist will collaborate across departments, act as a trusted partner to both employees and leadership, and ensure smooth HR operations. This individual will report to the Vice President of Human Resources and be an integral partner in upholding the organization's HR strategies and policies.

Responsibilities:
· Recruitment & Onboarding:
o Co-Manage the Quakes University internship program. This includes managing the full recruitment cycle, onboarding, offboarding, timecard management, and mentorship of Quakes University participants.
o Lead the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth experience for all new hires, from background checks and I-9 verification to orientation.
o Assist with job postings and job description creation for other front office departments as needed.

Annual salary - $60,000 - $70,000
