Job Summary: The Sacramento Kings are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and efficient work environment within our E-Commerce Warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of warehouse leadership experience, including Inventory Management, Receiving, Order Filling, and Quality Assurance. The ideal candidate must also be available for night shifts, weekends, and potentially holidays based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Prioritize and maintain a safe, secure, and efficient work environment for all warehouse operations.
Provide leadership to a team of associates, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline warehouse processes.
Oversee accurate receiving and distribution of inventory to optimize warehouse functionality.
Take ownership of Quality Assurance (QA) processes for all items stored in the warehouse.
Implement strategies to maximize the efficiency of the warehouse workflow.
Manage associates' schedules, ensuring proper coverage to meet operational demands.
Oversee the maintenance of all warehouse equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
Identify and proactively escalate any obstacles that may impact warehouse operations.
Partner with the accounting department to validate purchase orders for payment and reconcile inventory costs.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of warehouse leadership experience.
Availability for night shifts, weekends, and potentially holidays based on business needs.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to create and manage SOPs.
Experience in inventory management and quality assurance.
Proactive problem-solving skills.

Compensation:

The pay range for this full-time, non-exempt position is $25.00 - $30.00 per hour. Final offers for this role will be made within the parameters of the salary range provided. Years of experience, skills, and other factors are considered when determining the salary offered. Total compensation & offer package will include the following:
