About the role

We’re looking for a coach, who has strong experience of developing young players and creating a best in-class environment. You will have a passion for nurturing, encouraging and developing talent within this age group.

You will have the overall responsibility for the day-to-day supervision of our U18 squad, working closely with our Heads of Coach & Player Development and multi-disciplinary teams. You will nurture and support the growth of talent to produce players capable of the transition to the U21 squad.

Your impact

You will have a UEFA A Licence, FA Advanced Youth Award (or working towards) and experience of working with players in the professional game. You will have an understanding of EPPP, along with knowledge and understanding of safeguarding welfare and equality.

You will be resilient and work flexibly, which our sport demands.

About the team

You will work for our Head of Coach Development and work collaboratively with our Player Development coaches. You will also work alongside Sports Science, Medical, Performance and Recruitment teams within the academy.
