Utilize data to develop predictive models to be used for ticketing, business development, marketing, and other business applications
Develop lead scoring models to identify new business opportunities
Assess the impact of ticketing efforts, summarizing key insights and communicating relevant learnings and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization
Build and maintain Tableau reports and analyses using various data sources
Assist with marketing automation efforts for email and digital advertising campaigns
Work with Content Marketing team to analyze and report on all digital marketing efforts
Work with ticket sales teams to streamline and standardize CRM inputs
Develop standardized SQL queries to pull automated reports from data warehouse
Develop reports to evaluate partnership campaign efficacy
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or another quantitative field
Strong knowledge of regression analysis and other statistical tools/techniques required (R, Python, etc.)
Previous experience working with large data sets
Previous experience with SQL
Previous experience with data visualization tools (Tableau preferred)
High proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred
Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends
