The Law Clerk will be responsible for supporting the Buffalo Bills Legal Department. This is a full-time temporary position for summer 2025, beginning May 2025 and concluding August 2025. The Law Clerk will work approximately 35-40 hours per week during the summer of 2025. The Law Clerk will receive exposure to a variety of legal areas from an in-house perspective and gain experience in contractual, analytical, and other legal work in the context of a professional sports team.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide legal research and analysis
- Review agreements and other documents
- Assist with special projects
- Support all Bills Legal Department efforts as required
- Other responsibilities as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Must possess a Bachelor’s degree and be enrolled in and actively pursuing a Juris Doctor at an accredited law school in the United States; must be entering their 2L or be a rising 3L
- Must be available to work during the 2025 summer a schedule of 35-40 hours per week at our Orchard Park offices during regular business hours
- Strong research, writing, and organizational skills are required
- Must be a self-starter and be comfortable working independently
- Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate projects from development through completion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

Compensation for this position will be $17.00/hour.
