About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Security Officer to join our growing IT team. You will maintain and develop the Club’s information security policies and procedures ensuring industry standards and best practice are being followed. You will provide guidance to Club staff across all parts of the business and implement standards and a baseline for IT security.
The role will focus on: -
* Reviewing and developing all security related policies whilst identifying Security risks.
* Work with the IT Systems Operations team to make recommendations on enabling a secure and compliant server and network estate.
Your impact
You will possess excellent communication skills with an ability to document processes and procedures. You will have a strong ability to communicate concepts to non-technical people both verbally and in writing.
It is essential you have experience and knowledge in the following: -
* A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or 3 years’ experience in a similar role;
* Knowledge of security standards such as PCI-DSS and ISO 27001
* Ability to work under pressure to resolve faults and incidents.
