Your day to day

We’re looking for individuals to join our Tours team on a casual basis, where you will:

* Deliver an exceptional and informative tour of the Stadium to a range of group sizes and ages, providing the highest standards of customer service

* Utilise a pre-determined script to offer commentary, interesting facts and information about the Stadium and Club both past and present

* Ensure all tours are delivered to the agreed operations and security procedures, and comply with Club policies and health and safety procedure

About you

You will have the below skills and experience:

* GCSE, or equivalent, in Maths and English grade C or above

* Previous experience working in a customer service environment

* Confident and clear communicator with exceptional story telling skills

* A good memory for facts, figures and information
