About the role

Weโ€™re looking for individual to join our Academy Operations team where you will be responsible for match day requirements for the Academy U9 โ€“ U21 teams and the coordination of trips and tours for Academy U9 โ€“ U16 teams.

You will coordinate matchday activities, including weekend and mid-week evening fixtured to ensure Academy staff are appropriately briefed to provide a high-level professional experience for players, officials and visitors.

Your impact

You will have strong communication, organisation and planning skills and be comfortable being the initial point of contact for Academy trips, tours, tournaments and festivals, both internally and for external partners.

An Administration qualification or equivalent experience is essential as well as GCSE, or equivalent, in Maths and English grade C or above.

Previous Academy or elite sporting environment experience may be beneficial, but is not essential

About the team

You will join our Academy Operations team, reporting to our Head of Academy Operations and will be responsible for our Academy Matchday Coordinators.
