2025 New York Yankees Winter Sales Associate Program
The New York Yankees are looking for bright and motivated individuals to join our 2025 Winter Sales Associate Program! The Program is designed to give current college students and recent college graduates interested in a career in sports and ticket sales the opportunity to gain invaluable experience working for one of the most iconic teams in the world. This 12-week program will provide participants with practical, hands-on exposure to the day-to-day operations of a professional sports franchise, as well as networking and mentorship opportunities which will help build a solid foundation for future career success.
The Winter Sales Associates support the sales department in selling season ticket inventory and group and suite packages at Yankee Stadium while having the opportunity to learn about the sales process. This is a rigorous sales development program geared to prepare students for entry level sales roles within the sports industry.

This is a paid program at $17.50/hour and school credit is not available. This position is in-person at Yankee Stadium. Housing and transportation are not provided so applicants should take this into account.
