Job Description:
Summary:
The Event Concierge is responsible for assisting Mets Events with the execution of non-gameday events at Citi Field. This includes, but is not limited to, concerts, non-baseball sporting events, festivals, races, tradeshows, conventions, meetings, and private social events, such as weddings and Bar Mitzvahs.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Greet event guests
Provide directions and general ballpark information
Provide event information and itinerary and facilitate event flow
Staff coat check
Distribute event items
Assist with event preparation and set-up
Maintain accurate guest count
Assist clients with event registration and execution
Escort VIP clients and guests throughout the ballpark
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
Must have demonstrated strong guest service skills
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and walk lengthy distances
Professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and motivation to complete the job correctly
Team-oriented and able to follow directions in a timely manner

Pay Rate:
$19.00 hourly
