Associate, Minor League Administration

Job Description:


The assistant and Minor League Administration will help support all the administrative needs for the day to day functions of the Minor League operations department including financial, contract administration as well as policy communication and player support.

Job Duties:

  • Player/Staff per diem coordination – track rosters and submit per diem spreadsheet to payroll on a weekly basis.

  • General Administration - Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks for the minor league Operations department.

  • Citifield Admin Presence - Serve as the minor league player and staff liaison to various Citifield departments (ie…payroll, HR)

  • Citifield Minor league Ops contact - Coordinate special events for minor league ops department at citifield (ie…minor league awards, special meetings)

  • Contract/Transaction Administration - Assist with player transactions, including coordinating paperwork and communications with league offices and other teams.


  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Experience in general office tasks such as data entry, and record-keeping.

  • Ability to draft emails, letters, and other communications.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in completing tasks.

  • Ability to handle unexpected challenges and adapt to changes.

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

  • Openness to learning new skills and taking on diverse responsibilities.

  • Ability to think critically and solve problems independently.

  • Professional demeanor and appearance

Pay Rate: $18.15 hourly
