JOB TITLE: Ticketing Associate

DEPARTMENT: Ticketing

LOCATION: New York City

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Ticketing Associate to join NYCFC’s game-day staff. As a Ticketing Associate, you will play a critical role in creating an exceptional game-day experience for our fans.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Assist overall Ticketing Department during events and on matchdays at Yankee Stadium and Citi Field
Greet and assist fans with a positive and friendly attitude as they arrive at the stadium.
Assist with the set-up, check-in and execution of all match day group experiences prior to, during and following each match.
Direct fans to their seats and answer any questions they may have about the stadium and game-day activities.
Report any fan issues or concerns to the appropriate department.

WHO YOU ARE:

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Bring high level of energy, enthusiasm and positivity to the department
Efficient with excellent time management and organization skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.

COMPENSATION: Part-time; $20 per hour

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Applicant must be able to comply with MLS Next Safety and Well-Being policy and any other applicable child safety policies provided to applicants by NYCFC
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as necessary
